"Too pricey for what you get"
All Data definitely has some helpful info, and I’m not saying it’s useless or anything. But for a small shop like mine, the monthly cost feels steep, especially for what I actually use it for.
Some of the repair data is solid, but there are still times I end up digging around elsewhere or calling someone to double-check things. If it were more affordable, I’d probably keep it without thinking too much, but right now the value just doesn’t really line up for me, if that makes sense.

"Support basically disappeared on me"
I reached out for help and ended up waiting days without getting any real answer. It kind of felt like my ticket just got buried somewhere, or maybe they’re short-staffed, but who knows. Either way, the whole thing was frustrating

"I expected a little more from Alldata..."
I expected a little more from Alldata. The wiring diagrams can be hard to follow, and there were a few spots where I couldn’t tell where things were actually supposed to connect. I ended up checking other sources more than once, which kind of gave me that left-in-the-dark feeling. It does the job eventually, but for what it costs, it was more frustrating than I expected.

"Hard to find stuff"
I had a rough time figuring out where things were. The navigation just feels kind of all over the place, and I kept poking around trying to find basic stuff that should’ve been easier to get to

"Coverage was a bit less complete than I expected"
I really wanted to like All Data, and it might work fine for some people, but the coverage felt kind of hit or miss in my case. Some of the basic info was there, but for my car, a few diagrams and repair steps seemed to be missing or a little too general. It’s probably okay if you’re working on certain models, but if you need really complete details, it may not always have everything. For the price, I was expecting a bit more

"Repair info was a bit off"
The repair info didn’t quite match my truck. Specs were wrong in a few spots. Kinda frustrating when you’re trying to get the job done...
